This straight rye whiskey is proofed at 97 and has aromas of tangerine peel, cinnamon stick, and toffee, which transition to a palate of dried apricot, molasses, toasted cedar and clove.

Every year, Pinhook releases new bourbon and rye. The whiskey in each release is the best expression of their barrels at that moment in time, blended and proofed to be as unique as the horse on the label. The Vertical Series is a one-time opportunity to follow a group of barrels, all filled within months of each other, as they age.
